Yaz has served as chief financial officer of a Nasdaq-listed recycling company since 2009, and from 2007 to 2009, he served as chief financial officer of a large sized technology firm. From 2003 to 2006, he worked as the financial controller for a listed company in the dairy industry and served as the chief financial officer for a listed biotech company from 2001 to 2003. Yaz is a certified public accountant and has over 18 years of accounting experience. He earned a bachelors degree in accounting.
Mr. James G.
James is a senior associate within the investment banking group at KW Capital Partners and is primarily responsible for due diligence, valuation, and advisory processes of capital market transactions. During his tenure in KW Capital Partners, James acted as one of the key members in the advisory team for several Chinese energy companies to raise pre-IPO capital from private equity firms. Dmitriy previously worked as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at GH Securities, covering industrial, basic material and agricultural companies in the US and internationally. Prior to that, he worked at Rodman & Renshaw where he had been a Senior Equity Research Associate, concentrating on small cap U.S. and international companies in multiple industries. Preceding his financial career, Dmitriy worked as Project Manager & Software Designer at Acclaim Network, where he managed the development of a proprietary software package to track customers' activities throughout various stages of transactions lifecycle. Dmitriy holds an MBA in Finance from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College and a bachelor of science in Computer Science from Polytechnic University.

Lewis has extensive experience and knowledge in identifying investment opportunities. He began his career at GH Securities in New York as an Equity Research Associate in covering the growth sectors. Later he joined Rising Fund Management, a long-only hedge fund company ranked #1 in 2010-2011 according to Eurekahedge. Lewis received his Master of Science in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics.

Mark was a reporting manager of several listed companies before joining us. From 2001 to 2008, Mark worked in Audit Service department at Deloitte. In his more than 7 years audit experience in Deloitte, Mark mainly served clients focused on US GAAP and Technology Media Telecom (TMT) industry. The professional service include as statutory financial statements audit, IPO audit, accounting, internal control investigation and due diligence. In addition his TMT background, he has served a wide range of clients in manufacturing, customer business and energy. Mark obtained his bachelor of economics in accounting. Mark is certified public accountant.

Kelly possess a legal background and has worked as both in-house counsel to NASDAQ-listed firms and as an advising corporate lawyer within a well known law practice from 2000-2006 and worked extensively on corporate, securities and M & A. As representative of her experience, Kelly has advised on the acquisition of a large international trust by a one of the world's largest banks and advised on the acquisition of a large telecommunications company by a larger network communications firm, and advised on the acquisition of a listed firm by a government entity. Kelly obtained the lawyer’s license in 2001, and graduated in 2000.
